Shipping is free.

Currently only shipping in the United States.

Shipping times vary depending on item(s) purchased but are estimated to be delivered between 5 - 12 business days after processing.

Tracking information is provided in the shipping confirmation email.

Not responsible for stolen packages.

Not responsible for lost packages in the case that the tracking states that it was delivered. Instead, reach out to the carrier and inquire about any additional details left by the delivery person.

If a package was lost in transit and tracking doesn't state it was delivered, send an email to promisesandlies.clothing@gmail.com no later than 4 weeks after estimated delivery date.

Before purchasing, double check your order to make sure the product, size, and quantity is correct. Also make sure your shipping address is correct.

As stated in the SHIPPING POLICY, if a package was lost in transit and tracking doesn't state it was delivered, send an email to promisesandlies.clothing@gmail.com no later than 4 weeks after estimated delivery date.

If you notice an issue on the product or in the order (misprinted/damaged/defective items)*, send an email to promisesandlies.clothing@gmail.com within 4 weeks after the product has been received. Do not mail anything until you're granted confirmation and instructions first.

*Please do not report a misprinted item if the error is small. The error has to be obviously noticeable (such as artwork printed heavily off-center and very slanted on a shirt compared to its picture in the Store).
